HG Tailored Financial Services was founded by Henri Glover in 2002. After 20+ years in fortune 500 companies as a senior- level financial management executive, Mr. Glover turned his focus toward his passion of starting a “faith based” financial services firm. It is his belief that, regardless of the times, the Bible contains the blueprint for addressing the sophisticated financial problems society face today. Therefore by integrating stewardship principles with practical financial strategies, Henri tailors comprehensive financial planning services for couples and individuals as they seek to build stable foundations, accumulate wealth, plan retirement, and transition wealth to heirs.
Mr. Glover adds the breadth of knowledge that comes from extensive education and training. A graduate of North Carolina A & T University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance, followed by a MBA in Personal Financial Planning from The University of Dallas, Mr. Glover continued a vigorous program of ongoing training by earning the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPCR). This designation required advance training in critical areas of pre and post retirement needs including income strategies, asset management, Social Security and Medicare planning, estate planning, taxation, and the entire retirement planning process. He has used his business and financial acumen to develop and conduct specialized seminars for businesses, churches, civic, and youth organizations on such topics as "Financial Planning for Women", "Investing Made Simple", "Preparing for the Golden Years", "Teachers Retirement System and Social Security", to name a few.
Mr. Glover is a recipient of Texas Monthly Magazine's Five Star Wealth Manager Award from 2012 – 2018. This award was conferred by Five Star Professional after conducting research surveys to determine the wealth managers in the Dallas/Forth Worth region who rated highest in customer service, experience, and overall satisfaction. Fewer than 7% of wealth managers in the area were selected for the award.
Award based on 10 objective criteria associated with providing quality services to clients such as credentials, experience, and assets under management among other factors. Wealth managers do not pay a fee to be considered or placed on the final list of 2012 – 2018 Five Star Wealth Managers.
